Automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine
I. Usage

SPE-760 Automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine is mainly used to form PP/HIPS/PET/PLA/PVC sheet into various kinds of disposable plastic cups, such as hot/cold drinking cup, ice-cream cup, yogurt cup, milk cup, jelly cup, juice cup, etc. It could also make some regular shape products, such as plate, bowl, cover, dish, box, etc with different moulds.

II. Main Features
✓The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by air cylinder or servomotor.
✓Sheet feeding driven by pin chain, controlled by motor with inverter or servomotor; length set via touch screen.
✓Adopts four pillars to fix the mould for enhanced stability.
✓The up mould is fixed and the mould plate movement is driven by servomotor.
✓Temperature of each zone is precisely controlled by specialized Temperature control modules.
✓Integrated process: feeding, heating, stretching, forming, in-mould cutting, and product ejection.
✓Stronger machine frame construction using high-quality square steel.
✓Fully automated control via PLC and intuitive touch screen interface.
