The Copper Wire Recycling Machine features a dry type structure, specifically designed to process various types of waste copper wires. The system separates waste cables into high-purity copper granules and PVC/plastic components. This versatile equipment is capable of recycling wires with diameters ranging from 0.3mm to 35mm, including automobile electrical wires, motorcycle wires, computer cables, and communication lines.
Our granulation process ensures a separation efficiency of up to 99%. The resulting copper granules can be sold directly or further refined. Through an additional electrolysis process, the copper can reach a purity level exceeding 99.99%. The separated plastic granules, typically PVC or rubber, are also recovered as clean materials ready for resale or reuse.
