This high-efficiency plastic recycling machine is designed for crushing, washing, and recycling waste plastic PET bottles. The system comprises a label remover, sorter, crusher, cold washer, hot washer, dewatering unit, and packing system. It effectively extracts clean PET flakes by separating PE/PP caps, oils, and PVC labels, helping to prevent plastic pollution and enabling material reuse.
The entire PET recycling line is customizable based on the contamination level of the input bottles to ensure premium final product quality. By coordinating this line with a PET pelletizing machine, dirty bottles are transformed into high-quality PET pellets suitable for manufacturing new plastic products.
