Product Description
The Flip basket washing machine is a large-scale automated equipment used for cleaning containers such as turnover baskets and storage baskets. The core working principle is to send the material basket into the cleaning room through a conveyor chain, and use a mechanical arm or specific track to flip the material basket at multiple angles (usually 180° or 360°).
Equipped with a high-pressure spray system arranged in multiple directions, the inner and outer walls and bottom of the material basket are flushed in all directions without dead corners. The medium is usually hot water, cold water, or a combination of cleaning agents, followed by rinsing with clean water and spraying with high-temperature purified water. This device integrates functions such as heating, circulating filtration, rinsing, and air drying (optional).
