Compactor Feeding Type Pelletizing Machine
The compactor type granulation production line is suitable for a wide range of plastic films, including PP, PE, and BOPP. Inside the compactor, raw materials undergo crushing and compaction, slight melting, and moisture evaporation. It comprises a reduction gearbox, screw, barrel, vacuum system, water ring die-face hot-cutting system, and vibrating drying system. The cutting speed of the water ring die is adjustable via frequency conversion control. The vibrating drying system integrates a dehydration vibrating screen with horizontal centrifugal dehydration to yield high-quality plastic pellets.
