HY-63/78 is a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components, and the whole system is controlled by a micro PLC, which can be operated in man-interface.
It combines the material sending, heating, forming, cutting and stacking into one process. It features three operation models: "manual", "semi-automatic" and "automatic".
HY-63/78 fully automatic plastic forming machine is suitable to form BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC and PET plastic sheets. It is ideal for producing various boxes, dishes, trays, bowls and lids, such as:
