The ASP™ series shredding and pelletizing system combines function of shredding, crushing, enforcing feeding, plasticization and pelletizing in one program. Applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process, the system is an integrated and cost-saving solution for every kind of plastic scrap, such as film, raffia, trim, purge, hollow part, bottle and foaming material in plant recycling.
Specialized shredding rotors combine with single screw extruders to pre-reduce, crush, and enforce feed various plastic scraps. It is a universal system for plastic scrap in any condition, including film, bottles, raffia, woven bags, and purges.
A specialized single screw extruder gently melts crushed plastic scraps on a 32D processing section. The double-zone vacuum degassing system efficiently removes volatiles like moisture and low-moleculars, making it ideal for heavy printed and moisture-sensitive materials.
