High Torque Twin Double Screw Plastic PE PP CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch Extruder for PP/PE/PC/ABS/PA6/PA66/TPE/TPU/FEP/LCP compounding pelletizing line.
High Filler Masterbatch is made of talc, calcium carbonate, kaolin, and other inorganic powder compounding with resin and lubricants through twin-screw pelletization. It is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, ABS, PS, EVA blown barrels, pipes, wire series, films, strapping, injection molding, and extrusion.
Based on new design, output can reach more than 3 tons per hour. Air cooling, water ring, or under-water systems are optional.
Adopting the multi-feeding method with high-speed side force feeder, suitable for high-class filler masterbatch with low additive formula.
Adapted to the physical characteristics of degradable materials (PLA, PBAT, etc.), air cooling or water cooling pelletizing systems are available.
