The ABA blown film machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving three-layer co-extrusion system. Equipped with two extruders and a three-layer die head, materials are melted, evenly distributed, and formed into a stable bubble, which is cooled and collected with automatic winding.
The B core layer allows recycled materials, reducing costs while maintaining excellent tear resistance, impact strength, stiffness, transparency, and surface flatness. PLC intelligent control ensures precise thickness and raw material usage.
Ideal for food outer packaging, shopping and courier bags, and standard agricultural films. Compared with single-layer machines, the ABA machine provides significant energy savings and lower material costs.
