The ACS series compacting and pelletizing system combines the functions of crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into a single efficient step. This system is a reliable solution for recycling plastic films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials.
The integrated cutter compactor pre-conditions the material into an ideal state for the extrusion process, feeding it directly into the extruder via centrifugal force. This eliminates the need for separate crushing and ensures consistent feeding, significantly improving efficiency compared to conventional systems.
