By TT, L/C at sight or 30% down payment should be paid after contract is valid, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Yes, we have experienced engineers around the world who can be sent to your factory to train your workers. We also provide online guidance.
How long is the machinery guarantee?
We offer high-quality machines with a 12-month guarantee and provide technical support with responses within 6 hours.
How are broken parts handled during the warranty?
We send spare parts free of charge if they are within warranty (excluding wear parts). For wear parts, we only charge the basic cost fee.
What is your quality control process?
We strictly follow ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and hold CE certificates. A dedicated QC department is in charge of monitoring every stage of production.
How can we inspect the machines before delivery?
