How long is the machine guarantee?
We offer a 12-month guarantee on our high-quality machines and commit to responding to any technical inquiries within 6 hours.
How do you handle replacement of broken parts?
Spare parts are provided free of charge if they fail within the warranty period (excluding easy-wear parts). For easy-wear parts, we only charge the cost fee.
What standards does your quality control follow?
