Low-Noise Direct Plastic Pelletizing Machine
The pelletizing systems incorporate advanced core technology covering three main methods: underwater pelletizing, dry strand pelletizing, and wet strand pelletizing. Compatible with various single and twin-screw extruders, these systems ensure continuous and stable production.
Series include MSXB, MSM, and MSX for dry strand (100-2300 kg/h), MSSX for wet strand (1500-8000 kg/h), and MSUG for underwater pelletizing (100-50,000 kg/h). Key performance benefits include a stable 0.01 mm dynamic/static knife gap, low noise, and low vibration.
