Applicable for various rubber moulding production, PLC control & touch screen, Auto mold closing, air exhaust, temperature control, timing setting.
The main working parts are two different inward rotating rollers. One roller is horizontally adjustable to adapt to different requirements. Raw glue or compound is subjected to strong shear and extrusion action between the rollers.
Through shearing and extrusion, the macromolecular chain inside the rubber is broken, reducing elasticity and improving plasticity for further processes like molding and vulcanization.
