PE HDPE PPR Plastic Pipe Production Line
The 2 layer PPR HDPE pipe making machine / HDPE pipe extrusion machine / HDPE pipe production line can be used for HDPE large diameter gas and PPR water pipes. It offers excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracking resistance, creep resistance, and hot link capabilities. It is the preferred choice for urban and suburban pipeline systems.
The line is mainly composed of a conical single screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, stacker, and belling machine. By changing the dorn or mould lip, it can produce several diameters or wall thicknesses on the same machine.
