For the polyethylene pipe production line, the raw material is PE pellets. We utilize vacuum sucking loaders and hopper dryers to ensure optimal raw material performance and low humidity. The extrusion line features a 65/33 55kw extruder, achieving an output of 250-300kg/h.
Processing Process: PE granules → Material feeder → Single screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Two-staged spraying cooling machine → Haul-off machine → Knife cutter → Stacker.

Vacuum and Cooling Tank
Constructed from stainless 304 steel. The 9-meter vacuum and cooling tanks ensure precise sizing and sufficient cooling for HDPE pipes.
Haul-off Unit
Utilizes a unique mechanism to prevent pipe ovality. The belt design ensures stable pulling without slippage.
Cutting Unit
Offers rapid cutter and planetary cutter methods. Cutting styles can be switched based on pipe material requirements.
Tipping Rack
Automatically tilts to stack pipes neatly, ensuring safe and efficient collection during continuous production.
