HIGH SPEED MIXING UNIT

  • SRL-Z Series high speed mixing unit is applicable for mixing, coloring and drying of various resins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and engineering plastics like ABS and polycarbonate before forming.
  • The unit combines heat mixing and cooling mixing crafts. Materials are automatically conveyed to the cool mixer to exhaust remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.
  • Equipped with PLC control for a high automation level and excellent mixing results.
  • Paddles have passed dynamic and static equilibrium tests. The lid features a double concave-convex seal, and the main axis uses specialized sealing technology with a pulse dust catching device.
