This plastic compounding granulating extruder machine line is widely used for waste plastic PE PP material, such as clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flake, clean PE bag, etc.
The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanness of your material. This line can be displayed in "L" or "U" shape according to the workshop layout. Customization is available based on material and product requirements.

Compacting Force Feeder
Features rotary and fixed blades for material compression. Includes glass window for monitoring and water cooling system in the barrel base.
Single Screw Extruder
Heavy-duty sturdy frame prevents vibration. Precision milling on the gearbox and motor installation sites ensures stability.
Hydraulic Screen Changer
Double position board made by 38CrMnAl with forging and heat treatment to prevent deformation.
Die Face Cutting System
Adjustable cutting speed via inverter. Blades are SKD-11 steel; die mold is nitrided and polished 38CrMoALA.
