SPC Flooring Production Process
1 Crushing + Milling

Recycle waste materials by crushing and grinding them into powder to be reused as raw materials.

2 Mixing

Uniformly blend materials in the high-speed mixer. Hot mixing removes moisture, followed by cooling to prevent agglomeration.

3 Extrusion

Materials are extruded into sheets via twin cone screws and laminated with wear-resistant layers and color films.

4 UV Coating

Surface coating to prevent dust and scratching while increasing abrasion resistance.

5 Cutting

Automatic rip saws cut large boards into standard plank sizes.

6 Slotting

Processing the edges into lock shapes using double-end tenoner machines for click-system installation.

7 V-groove Painting (Optional)

Painting the edges of SPC flooring to create a premium V-groove aesthetic.

8 IXPE/EVA Underlay Lamination
