The Φ20-Φ630 series PVC pipe extrusion line is primary designed for manufacturing plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thicknesses. These pipes are widely used in industries such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying, and gas supply.
This production line is composed of a conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, motors, cutter, and stacker. Customers can choose between saw blade cutting or planetary cutting types based on specific needs.

Production Flow Chart:
Material → Heating Cooling Mixer → Material Feeding → Conical Twin Screw Extruder → Extrusion Mould & Calibrator → Vacuum Calibration Cooling Tank → Printer → Haul-off Unit → Cutter → Stacker
Equipped with Siemens motor and ABB frequency inverter. Features a special screw design and air-cooled ceramic heater for efficient processing of rigid PVC powder.
Applies a spiral structure with mirror-polished channels to ensure smooth material flow. Compact structure maintains stable pressure for high-quality pipe formation.
Double-chamber structure for strong cooling and precise shaping. Includes silencer and pressure relief valves for stable operation.
Multi-claw haul-off unit provides sufficient traction force without deforming the pipe. The planetary cutter is PLC controlled for precise length management.
