A 30% down payment via T/T is required. The remaining 70% balance must be settled before delivery through T/T or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
4. What is the expected delivery timeline?
Production typically takes 30-60 working days after receiving the advance payment. We provide inspection notifications and finish packing within 15 working days after full payment.
5. How does the machine warranty work?
We provide a 12-month warranty starting from the receipt of the machine. During this period, we offer free-of-charge services and spare parts for the equipment.
6. Do you provide support after the warranty expires?
Yes, we provide long-life technical service. After the initial 12-month warranty, customers can continue to receive support and purchase necessary spare parts at cost.
