This Waste PE LDPE Plastic Film PP Jumbo Woven Bag Crushing Washing Line is widely used for processing PE/LDPE/LLDPE film, PP woven bags, PP Jumbo bags, PP cement bags, PP raffia bags, and more.
The entire recycling line is composed of a conveyor belt, semi-auto metal detector, wet film crusher, floating washing tank, high-speed friction washer machine, hot washing tank (optional), centrifuge machine, hot air drying system, and film collecting silo. We provide customized configurations to meet specific industrial requirements.

The floating tank removes impurities, while the hot washing tank (with insulation) removes oils and glues. The horizontal dewatering machine operates at 1500rpm for maximum moisture removal.
