Recycling Machine Overview
Our RCSJ series PP PE film plastic compacting and pelletizing system combines the functions of crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into one single step. This system is a reliable and efficient solution for plastic films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials re-pelletizing.
Final productions are in the form of pellets/granules, which can be directly put back into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion, and plastic injection.

Work Process Map
Feeding
1. Feeding System

Stable feeding by level. Customized components include belt conveyor and nip roller.

Function: Sends material to the compactor; works with a metal detector to protect blades.

Compactor
2. Cutter Compactor

Cuts, dries, and compacts the material, enabling fast and stable feeding directly into the extruder.

Function: Cutting and compacting material for efficient processing.

Extruder
3. Double Degassing Extruder

Able to process both printed and non-printed material efficiently.

Function: Melting and heating via heaters. The degassing unit removes air/gas to ensure strong granules.

Filtration
4. Filtration System

Features a dual-channel filter system for non-stop operation and reduced downtime.

Function: Stops impurities via mesh; laser filters are available as an option.

Pelletizing
5. Die Face Pelletizing

Produces high-quality plastic pellets. Options include water-ring die face cutters or strand die (spaghetti type).

Function: Cuts the granules with precision pressure and a die head.
