The Soft Plastic (Film/woven bag/fiber/rope) Washing Line features a smart modular design aimed at agricultural film, industrial packaging film, bags, blowing molding packaging bottles, and electronic waste recycling. The system includes sorting, size reduction, metal removal, cold and hot washing, high-efficiency friction washing, and drying modules.
This solution efficiently removes contaminants such as ferrous and nonferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, and paper labels. Various module combinations are available in capacities ranging from 250-2000kg/h to suit specific material conditions and requirements.
