For recycling waste plastics such as PET bottles, PP PE film, woven bags, nylon, and bottle flakes, we provide a comprehensive two-step recycling solution. The first step involves crushing, washing, and drying to obtain clean scrap. The second step is pelletizing, where clean waste is converted into high-quality pellets.
Depending on the material type, our pelletizing machines offer water ring or noodle strip cutting. Feeding options include force feeding for hard materials and compactor feeding specifically designed for soft materials like film and woven bags.
Applicable for PP/PE agricultural films, LDPE stretch films, LLDPE films, shopping bags, and other soft or hard plastic scraps.
