The compacting and pelletizing system combines functions of crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into one step. It is a reliable and efficient solution for plastic film, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials re-pelletizing.
The final product is in pellet form, suitable for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding. The system consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders, ideal for heavy printing ink, high moisture, and high impurity content materials requiring double filtration and multiple exhaust systems.
