Plastic PVC Conical Twin Screw Extruder is specifically designed for pipe, profile, and sheet extrusion. It is widely used for processing soft/hard PVC materials, including foaming boards, roof tiles, trunks, and pelletizing applications.
The extruder features excellent plasticization, high output capacity, and reliable stability. The specially designed gearbox and distribution system, combined with reinforced thrust bearings, ensure large transmission torque and extended operation life. The electrical control system utilizes Siemens PLC/PCC auto-control or RKC temperature modules, supported by ABB inverters for precision performance.
