The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is a high-efficiency single-shaft mixer designed for wide applications in powder and grain blending. It utilizes a double-proportioned ribbon system housed in a tubular mixing drum for superior convection mixing.
Units can be constructed from carbon steel, manganese steel, SS304, 316L, and 321. Surface treatments include sandblasting, wiredrawing, polishing, and mirror polishing to meet specific industry standards.
Options include explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, and high-efficiency energy-saving models. Reducers are available in R, K, and F series, as well as cycloidal and planetary types.
Equipped with specialized agitators such as inner/outer ribbons, paddles, or shaver-shaped agitators based on material properties.
Valve types include powder spherical, cylinder, butterfly, and rotary valves. Operation can be manual, pneumatic, or electric.
