🚀 Product Introduction
The ZS-436 small injection molding machine utilizes the thermophysical properties of plastics. Materials are fed into the barrel from the hopper, and the exterior of the barrel is heated by heating coils to melt the materials.
Working Principle:
A screw driven by an external power motor rotates inside the barrel, conveying and compacting materials. Gradually plasticized and melted by external heating and screw shearing, materials are pushed to the front of the screw. Then, driven by the piston thrust of the injection cylinder, the screw injects the molten material into the mold cavity at high speed and high pressure. After cooling and solidification, the product is ejected automatically.
