We produce series conical twin screw extruders for PVC production and series single screw extruders for HDPE PP PPR production.

The conical twin screw extruder utilizes powder (PVC + CACO3 + additives) as raw material. With various pipe/profile molds and auxiliary equipment, it produces PVC water supply and drainage pipes, electric conduits, window/door frames, ceilings, wall panels, and WPC profiles.

Single screw extruders use plastic granules for HDPE water supply pipes, irrigation pipes, and corrugated pipes. We offer multiple models with outputs ranging from 50kg to 600kg/h.
