The segmented screw structure significantly reduces the viscosity loss of PET/PLA resin. Additionally, the symmetrical thin-wall calender roller enhances the cooling effect, improving both production capacity and the overall quality of the sheets. With multi-component dosing feeders, operators can precisely control the ratios of virgin material, recycled material, and masterbatches.
