SRL-Z series mixer unit is applicable for mixing, colouring and drying of various resins such as PE, PP, PVC etc., and engineering plastics like ABS, PC before forming and processing. This unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing stages. After heat mixing, materials automatically enter the cool mixer for cooling, exhausting remaining gases and preventing agglomeration.

Constructed with 6-8mm SUS304 stainless steel internal walls, the unit ensures long-term durability under high friction. The mixing blades undergo rigorous static and dynamic balance testing, while the main shaft utilizes fine sealing to prevent any material leakage.
