The system melts waste plastic to produce high-quality plastic granules (pellets) as final products. These recycled pellets can be reused as raw materials for producing new plastic films, bags, pipes, and bottles.

Belt Conveyor with Metal Detector Function: Feeds raw material into the compactor with adjustable speed. The integrated metal detector identifies metallic contaminants, triggers an alarm, and stops the belt to protect the machinery.

Compactor Unit Function: High-speed blades rotate to cut and friction-heat films/bags, densifying them before feeding into the extruder barrel. Features a stainless steel internal layer and water cooling device.
Single Screw Extruder The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOA1A with a nitriding process for anti-wear. Barrel heaters melt the plastic, while the screw mixes and pushes the melt through the screen changer.

Screen Changer & Water Ring Pelletizer The non-stop hydraulic screen changer filters out impurities. The water ring pelletizer (vertical or horizontal) uses stainless steel parts and inverter-controlled cutting speeds to produce uniform granules.
Centrifuge Dewatering & Vibration Sieve The centrifuge (1500RPM) removes moisture using centrifugal force. The vibration sieve then sorts the granules, ensuring only the required size enters the packing silo.
